hey juniors :D

going back yest n listening to yall play the syf songs really made me feel so proud of yall
the last time i went back the songs had neither head nor tail but i see how much yall hv improved
it seems tt this time's syf got quite a few probs like the clash with nyco syf but now tts all over its time to put ur time n effort on how to improve the songs
as much as im proud of yall, theres many details to work on and there's onli abt one month plus left

coordination, movements, feelings, rhythm, everth needs to be worked on
i know tt all of u 50 ppl can do it n make a difference b4 the actual comp date comes
nygz managed to do it 2 yrs ago and this yr in syf 2009 so can u ppl
seeing yall play made me feel so nostalgic n i just wish i could be playing with yall
trust me, u wont regret putting in all the effort n heart u can into this
when u look back upon ur days in nygz this is what u'll rmb, what u worked for as a team, as an ensemble.

rmb how i used to tell all of u?
all of u made into nygz cos u all hv the potential and soar very high
nows the time to prove tt u can do it alongside all ur cca mates
this is not a one man show, laoshi cnnt do it along, ur pres or whoever cnnt do it alone
its just one more month or so, jiayous everyone okay?

i'll be there to help whenever i can, i'll do my best to push all of yall to ur goal
once a guzheng-er always a guzheng-er u can count on tt.

and sec 4s, rmb u hv to set a gd eg to the juniors. if u tell the juniors to prac 2 hrs a day u shud be doing more. i used to tell all of u, u do not hv to be in the comm or wdv then u can give comments n help ur jnrs. tt is not true, al of u as a snr, as the oldest, u hv a part to play. i really hope u can all give assistance whenever possible, not just SLs or ASLs okay? i love ur batch man. <3

sec 3s this will be ur first syf other than the 2 musketeers so yaa. but im sure u hv seen how the ensemble works together when we were prepararing for concert le right? this is the same, u must put in effort, listen whenever needed and also, help ur snrs. they r tired enough n with ur help they will really be heartened to carry on ok? jiayous!

sec 2s, comments n feedback abt ur performances in the past hv not been very good but ytd i saw how yall hv improved much. i really hope u r making efforts okay? in 2 yrs time it will be ur time to lead the ensemble to syf. im sure u will hope ur jnrs listen n prac hard. so same thing ur snrs r hoping tt now. put ur everything into this okay? all the way!

SLs ASLs, rmb to help ur section work on all the problematic areas. i wana remind yall tt playing the piece over n over again does not help. u hv to work on problematic areas n make sure they r fine b4 working on the whole thing. chongmin, this applies to u as well ok? rmb playing fast n it sounding ok is not what we wana achieve, we wanna be coordinated n sounding spectacular.
